learnt the concept of shadow formation in the school premises

Shadows are formed when path of light is blocked by an opaque object.

Students of grade 4 learnt the concept of shadow formation in the school premises. 

They enjoyed the activity by forming their shadows on wall. They used their hands to form shadow of different animals. They also learnt the concept that size of shadow changes with the change in the distance between the object and the screen.
